My practice supports adults navigating a wide range of emotional, cognitive, and relational challenges. I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, and chronic pain—recognizing the deep impact these conditions can have on daily life. People often seek support for relationship issues, trust concerns, and work-related stressors, as well as difficulties with self-care and maintaining emotional balance. Whether you're managing caregiver responsibilities, coping with women's issues, or adjusting to new life demands, therapy offers a space to build resilience, insight, and healthier coping strategies.
I also specialize in working with individuals who experience ADHD, cognitive impairment, or who identify as neurodivergent. These individuals may struggle with procrastination, attention regulation, or the social anxiety that often accompanies feeling different. I offer tools tailored to improve focus, manage emotions, and increase self-acceptance. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, helping you better understand your uniqueness while creating space for growth, confidence, and connection.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to meet each person's unique needs. I draw from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills. Mindfulness techniques and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can help support staying present, accepting difficult emotions, and aligning actions with personal values. Narrative Therapy encourages each individual to re-author their life stories, fostering empowerment and meaning. Motivational Interviewing is used to explore ambivalence and support positive change, while Psychodynamic Therapy offers insight into how early experiences and unconscious patterns influence current behavior. For those processing trauma, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can be a powerful tool to reduce distress and promote healing. Together, these approaches create a flexible, compassionate framework for growth and lasting change.
