I am a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and see themselves in a new light. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I have worked with individuals of all ages—from children to adults—and have extensive experience supporting adults with cognitive challenges. My approach is always individualized and adaptable, using modified strategies when needed to ensure therapy is practical, meaningful, and effective for you.

Life can feel overwhelming when emotions seem impossible to manage. In our sessions, you set the pace. We’ll start by identifying what matters most to you and create goals that feel realistic and empowering. I draw from evidence-based methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and emotion-regulation skills training. For those processing difficult experiences, we can incorporate EMDR to help reduce distress and promote healing.

I also use Narrative Therapy to help you re-author your story—one that highlights your resilience, strengths, and growth. In our first session, we’ll use Motivational Interviewing to talk through your hopes for therapy, explore any concerns, and begin setting the foundation for change.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, frustration, or interpersonal challenges, I will guide you in finding practical tools and skills to help you thrive. Together, we’ll take steps toward greater emotional balance and fulfillment in your life.

I believe in meeting you where you are, listening deeply, and building a partnership grounded in respect, compassion, and collaboration. My role is to help you discover practical tools and insights that promote balance, self-acceptance, and fulfillment in your life. Together, we’ll focus on solutions, build coping skills, and create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process emotions and move forward with confidence.

Sometimes you may feel that your struggles are preventing you from achieving that sense of purpose you desire, experiencing true happiness and seeing yourself in a positive light. Therapy can help you regain control of your situation and begin to develop healthier ways of coping with the every day stressors you may be experiencing.

You may also begin to recognize and appreciate your strengths and self-worth and begin to dream again, while working toward your personal goals. The every day challenges may no longer seem as difficult and overwhelming and feeling numb or trying to escape will no longer be the daily focus. Instead, you may begin again, starting each day with a new sense of purpose.

Because you learn about yourself, your strengths and effectively develop and implement the tools you need to balance your life, the benefits that you gain from participating in therapy are not only beneficial, but they are sustainable. I believe that you need a safe place to come as you are and be met with understanding, warmth and compassion to begin the journey to find the answers that lie within you.

“The first step to getting anywhere is deciding you're no longer willing to be where you are."
